Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise. All defined terms apply equally in their singular and plural forms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the r6r6 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. r6r6 applies Indonesia's widely recognized minimum age standard for gambling participation. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been previously excluded from gambling services are not eligible.
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have had a prior r6r6 account terminated for fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, or other policy violations. Former members banned under these circumstances are permanently ineligible for re-registration.
• Own Behalf Only: You must register and play exclusively on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the r6r6 Platform, you are required to create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Member: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the Platform. If r6r6 detects that a Member has created multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
• Accuracy of Information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be truthful and kept current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. r6r6 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify r6r6 immediately at [email protected]. r6r6 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have remained dormant (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address.

Identity Verification (KYC)

r6r6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with industry best practices for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), and player protection. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at other times at r6r6's discretion.

• Required Documents: Members must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving license), a document confirming residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., bank statement or utility bill), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).
• Submission Standards: All documents must be clearly legible, unobstructed, and in full color. Cropped, edited, low-resolution, or expired documents will not be accepted. r6r6 uses secure, encrypted channels for docu ment submission and storage.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set. During periods of high volume, processing may extend to 72 hours. Members will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documents are required.
• Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be queued and processed only after verification is successfully concluded. r6r6 will not cancel a pending withdrawal solely due to KYC delay, provided the member is actively cooperating with the verification process.
• Ongoing Monitoring: r6r6 may request updated verification documents at any time, particularly where account activity patterns suggest unusual or high-volume transactions. Failure to provide updated documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Deposits

r6r6 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page. Supported methods include transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and BSI, as well as digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay or return.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made from accounts or wallets registered in a name other than your own verified r6r6 account name are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings generated from improperly sourced deposits may be voided.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). r6r6 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transfer received will be returned at the sender's cost.
• Processing Times: Local bank transfers are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. Delays caused by third-party banking systems or scheduled maintenance windows are outside r6r6's control.
• Deposit Limits: r6r6 may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Members who have voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings will have those limits strictly enforced. To reduce a limit, a cooling-off period of 7 days applies before the reduction takes effect.
• No Interest on Deposits: r6r6 does not pay interest on deposited funds. Member funds are held in segregated accounts separate from r6r6's operational funds and are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the conditions herein.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete and the conditions set out below. Bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fulfilled.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified legal name. r6r6 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Available withdrawal channels mirror the deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB), subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening. VIP-tier members may benefit from expedited processing. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction and Rp 200.000.000 per day. Higher limits are available to members on VIP tiers Bronze Diamond and above, subject to account review and agreement.
• Right to Request Documentation: Prior to processing any withdrawal, r6r6 reserves the right to request proof of the deposit source or additional identity documentation. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.
• Unclaimed Withdrawals: If a withdrawal cannot be processed due to incorrect beneficiary details provided by the member, and the member does not provide corrected details within 14 days of notification, the funds will be returned to the member's account wallet.

Bonuses & Promotions

r6r6 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions below:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers and most slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Togel and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. • Bonus Abuse: r6r6 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to deplete wagering requirements with minimal exposure (arbitrage), multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, and coordinated abuse with other members. Confirmed bonus abuse results in cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The new member welcome bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. r6r6 uses automated systems to detect duplicate bonus claims.
• Promotion Modifications: r6r6 reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account prior to the modification date.
• Seasonal Promotions: r6r6 regularly offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, the fasting month of Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments such as the BRI Liga 1 season and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. These promotions carry individually stated terms that supersede these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all game verticals on the r6r6 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and other markets), bandar bola (Indonesian football bookmaking market), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), live casino, togel draws, and sabung ayam — are published within the relevant game section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid, regardless of any screen display the member may have observed.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports wagers, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds revision takes effect. For in-play (live) wagers, odds are subject to real-time change and the accepted odds are those confirmed at the precise moment of system acceptance.
• Void Bets: r6r6 reserves the right to void a wager in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, evidence of match manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the member's account at the original stake value.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game section. r6r6 reserves the right to limit payouts in cases where wagers are suspected to be based on privileged information or in circumvention of maximum stake limits.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's transaction logs are the primary authoritative record. Members must raise any dispute within 7 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the r6r6 Platform. Violations will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or submitting forged verification documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using alternative identities, devices, or IP addresses.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted automated betting programs, or any software tool that interfaces with the Platform in a non-human manner to gain a wagering advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members or third parties to fix outcomes, share information about ongoing wagers, or artificially inflate winnings in live poker, esports, or any other competitive format.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. r6r6 has a zero-tolerance AML policy and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, mispriced odds, system errors, or any Platform malfunction to obtain an unfair advantage. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have been legitimately used for wagering. Chargeback fraud results in immediate account termination and civil recovery proceedings for the full amount disputed.

Account Suspension & Termination

r6r6 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Policy Violations: Any confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 9.
• Failed KYC: Inability or refusal to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by r6r6 following a formal request.
• Suspected Fraud: Where r6r6's fraud detection systems flag unusual account activity pending investigation, a temporary account hold may be applied. Members will be notified and provided an opportunity to respond.
• Self-Requested Closure: Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the member's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Regulatory Requirement: Where r6r6 is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction to terminate access for a specific user or user segment.

Upon account termination for policy violations, r6r6 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation of any suspected misconduct. Where misconduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as a remedial measure proportionate to the harm caused.

Responsible Gaming

• Gambling Losses: r6r6 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members as a result of using the Platform. All wagering involves financial risk, and Members accept that risk when placing bets.

• Indirect Damages: In no event shall r6r6's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. r6r6 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Force Majeure: r6r6 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, strikes, internet infrastructure failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Privacy & Data Protection

r6r6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, r6r6 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — with your consent — personalized promotional communications. r6r6 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, as adopted in the jurisdiction of r6r6's registered operating entity. The following dispute resolution framework applies:
